“The essence of reality might reasonably be characterised as the perfection of unconditional love.”

There are certain things that can be said about the human experience, certain truisms, that have a relevance to our mental health and how we live our life. They are sign-posts to self-realisation, as are the myriad ways in which we suffer.

This page is about direct self-realisation. There are my own poems and rantings, and also references to some of the other more eloquent and direct resources.

Recommended reading for anyone seriously interested in self-realisation and looking for some pointed guidance:

  • Living Nonduality (Free Book)
    by Robert Wolfe
Robert cuts straight to the heart of Non-duality, addressing the most common difficulties in self-realisation and comprehensively contemplating the topic with almost inumerable parables, anecdotes and discussions. A concise, comprehensive and logical take-down of the absurdity of contemporary materialist metaphysics.
